If I am running a raffle, stand by for when it happens! As I will publically call your name on the chat. I put a maximum wait time of 7 minutes for each call. If you happen to be AFK you will be skipped and removed from the current roll.

_UPDATE:_ _Cooldown rules are applied now. People who win a Raffle can't participate in the next one. They need to wait for 1 stream to join again. If someone who won the previous Raffle sneaks in the current one, they will be removed. And if they sneak in the last seconds of the countdown and win, they will be removed and kicked from the chat._
