I am a professional full-time game engineer and I am making experimental 18+ games with solid game mechanics and objectives worth playing for balanced with adult content. Sometimes my games include nudity or sexual content, but the games are not "about" sex.

I want to know why graphic scenes and complex adult concepts are OK in shows like Game Of Thrones, but the same content in video games is considered deplorable.
