During sketch commission streams I'll have text on my overlay specifying such, "working" when I'm already doing one and "waiting" when I'm working on something else while waiting for commissions. I'll also say something in chat when I finish one and am ready for another commission. If multiple people present wish to get a commission I will spin a wheel to decide who gets it.
Stream comms are intended to be relatively simple things I can get done in a hour or two, have details ready when you request the slot please to minimize downtime.
