Updated Raffle System:
Enter the raffle when it pops up in chat, once a winner is rolled, they'll be given a commission form, and will have to fill it out.
Please have an idea ready, and thought out. Then just choose wing-it, no nitpicking, and slowing the stream down, please.
Those who don't get rolled will be added to a quarterly raffle list, and once the quarter is up. We'll raffle off a free picture! If someone wins any time during that quarter, they will be removed from the free raffle, and keep the list only to those who haven't gotten a slot. Free quarterly raffle lists resets every new quarter.
There is now a one week cool down for slots(May change depending on traffic).
