Because I'm going to write a bunch of shit on each one I'm gonna split these up.

With the first troll I had a mood board (i ignored frankly) and a sprite to play on. I went for a bit of a serene, romanese figure. Unfortunately one of the outfits I picked was AI. I'm not opposed to AI I find being used as inspiration (to not be influenced by what we see is to be blind) but doing it in this circumstance caused to be further from the intended reference which I think leaves it less clear what I was going for.

The space dress pattern is traced from a nasa image (public domain!) to ensure stars are spaced in a believably random way. I think the dark and light portions could be improved and I'd do it differently if I tried something like this again.

She has twin pigtails because of who I am as a person, the head is intentionally a bit flat and plain to emphasize the robotness. I wish I did more with the plants since nature <-> artificial is always a cool design contrast.
