Lappel the Derran. Glam girl and best friend to Vide, whom she often embroils in various schemes. Lappel is a master manipulator, owing to her out-going personality and psychic quirk of being able to lean people’s opinions.

Think a meld between a Charm Person spell and a Jedi Mind trick; far from complete mental domination but helps in talking her way out of the many jams the duo find themselves in. She could push it further, but continuous use gives her headaches and nosebleeds. That and mental stability for Derran as a species tends to seesaw with respect to the strength of their psychic power.

Ignorant but street-wise, thuggish but always smiling and positive. Though many would describe her in unflattering words due to her liberal use of her feminine assets. She, like Vide, is apart of the large Demon-Eater Clan; a tribe that makes its home in the city’s underground ghetto. While the advanced technology of the setting doesn’t make her quality of life bad by most standards, Lappel day-dreams of a swanky good life, predominantly filled with plenty of stuff and not having to work (don’t we all though). If only she had a good a enough scheme to get her there.
