The design is to make a representative figure for the site, an energetic mascot who appears to help or bother users at her whim. Despite her open-hearted attitude she has a few secrets she tends to keep to herself, only to blush at the moment's notice as a tell.

She dons a maid-like costume due to her never forgetting her responsibility to take care of the site's wellbeing, although she is also prone to mistakes that stacks on top of the site's occasional troubles. But her charming charisma would likely distract others from their woes with positive thinking. She also has a few costumes for some specific occasions.
