Tentative name that comes from "Linnea Borealis" a flower that kind of looks like a bell. I tried separating elements for nice shape language. Her "blanky" and double waist capes(?) to make her silhouette a bit more interesting. If I were to remove an element, then the transparent skirt is all I'd remove. My initial thoughts in designing this were: 1) make her face and hair elements very easy to read as to translate to emotes, and 2) have her design work if one wanted to remove certain elements.
