No part of me left. I had been completely merged with the snake, turning into its tail. The snake controlled me. I wasn't able to move on my own, and my senses were dulling over time. I was vaguely conscious, but things began to blend together. The occasional flick, sliding along the floor, capturing prey. Life became a series of events that had no beginning and no end. Just moments that stood out slightly more than others. I was finally able to rest and let someone else do all the work. Maybe this wasn't so bad after all ~
