Hibiscus and her cousin Benjamin work on the farm together, Hibiscus is part time while Benjamin is fulltime. They have kind of a weird relationship, sometimes it can get lonely in a small town and there are slim pickings for company. Sometimes they have to make do against their better judgement, try as they might to turn their attentions elsewhere.
